Shipping & Delivery
You are entitled to cancel your order within 30 days without giving any reason for doing so.
The deadline for canceling an order is 30 days from the date you received the goods or on which a third party you have appointed, who is not the carrier, takes possession of the product delivered.
In order to exercise your right of cancellation, you must inform us of your decision by means of a clear statement.

We will reimburse you no later than 30 days from the day on which we receive the returned goods. We will use the same means of payment as you used for the order, and you will not incur any fees for such reimbursement.
(1) REGARDING ORDER PROCESSING TIME:
Orders placed before 3pm CST are dispatched within 72 hours through our exclusive partner network. You’ll receive tracking updates within 24 hours of shipment confirmation via registered email

(2) REGARDING SHIPPING, FREIGHT, AND CUSTOMS ISSUES:
For international orders, we use 4PX logistics for initial dispatch, transferring to local carriers (USPS/Royal Mail/PostNL). Real-time tracking available upon shipment.

Please ensure all delivery information is correct. If there is incorrect and/or missing information, we may be required to contact you to update the delivery information, which may cause delays in delivering your order. Delays may also occur as a result of customs clearance.
Your order may be delivered to you by either the local post office or a local courier. Depending on your area, most orders will be delivered by your local post service, so the package will be received with your regular mail. If you are not home when the delivery is made, a notice card may be left by the postal service to advise on how and where your delivery can be collected.
There will be no reshipping arrangement made in case parcels are returned for wrong addresses, incomplete addresses and returned due to unavailability
(3) REGARDING SHIPPING COSTS:
For international orders, if the total weight of the customer’s package is less than 200g, we generally offer free shipping. This is because we are willing to cover these shipping costs on your behalf. However, if you decide to return the package for any reason, we will deduct the portion of the shipping cost that we covered for you, which is approximately $15 per package
(4) TAXES & DUTIES:
Import taxes, duties and related customs fees may be charged once the parcel arrives at the destination country. These charges are determined by the customs office of the specific destination.
Payment of these charges and taxes is the responsibility of the recipient and will not be covered by us here For further details of charges, please contact your local customs office.
You are responsible for checking your local postal regulations for restricted items, as we cannot be held liable for any items that are not accepted into the specific country.
(5) FOREIGN TRANSACTION FEES:
If you credit card account is in a currency other than US Dollars, you may be charged at a different exchange rate than what is quoted on our website. You may also be subject to a foreign currency transaction fee. These fees are determined by your bank’s pricing and transaction fee policies. We are not responsible for the exchange rate of any charges your bank or issuing credit card company may charge you. For further details of foreign transaction fees, please contact your bank.

Remote Area Deliveries: Deliveries to remote areas may take longer. The estimated delivery time will vary based on your address.
Clarification on Delivery Estimates: Any delivery date we provide is an estimate. We are not liable for loss or damage due to unavoidable delays.
Handling of Returned Packages: If a package is returned due to failure to pick it up on time, incorrect address, or other reasons, we reserve the right to charge you twice the delivery cost for redelivery or refund.
